Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness, consistency, and availability for all athletes, the following cancellation policy applies to all training sessions.
12-Hour Notice
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session without penalty by providing at least 12 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations
Sessions canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled start time may be charged in full and cannot be guaranteed a makeup session.
Illness Exception
If a player is unable to attend due to illness, please notify the coach as soon as possible. Cancellations due to illness will not be charged and may be rescheduled based on availability.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
Weather Policy
Player safety is always the top priority. In the event of severe weather, including lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe field conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Light rain, cold temperatures, or other playable conditions may not result in cancellation.
Coach Cancellations
If a session must be canceled by the coach for any reason, clients will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of arrival time. Full payment applies to all scheduled sessions.
Training Packages
Package sessions must be used within the designated package period. Sessions canceled in accordance with the late cancellation or no-show policy will still count toward the package balance.
Agreement
By scheduling and participating in training sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
